Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of ProposalIQ AI. By using the service, you agree to them.
Using the service
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the organization associated with your account. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access credentials, authorized use by your team, and all activity under your account.
Permitted use
You may use ProposalIQ AI for lawful internal business purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or security, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits, or use the service to violate another party's rights.
Customer content
You retain ownership of solicitations, proposals, evidence, and other content you submit. You grant ProposalIQ AI a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit it.
AI-assisted output
ProposalIQ AI assists with qualification, extraction, compliance review, and decision support. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not replace professional, legal, procurement, or compliance review. You are responsible for independently verifying solicitation requirements, deadlines, eligibility, and final submissions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable usage or security limits. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, unlawful or abusive activity, security risk, or material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee bid awards, compliance, revenue, or business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalIQ AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or procurement outcomes. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
