Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ProposalIQ AI handles information when you visit or use our website and services.
Information we collect
We collect account and authentication details, workspace and organization information, uploaded solicitation and proposal materials, analysis inputs and results, support communications, and limited device and usage data needed to operate and secure the service. Google sign-in is handled through Supabase Auth. We do not receive your Google password.
How we use information
We use information to provide proposal analysis, manage accounts and subscriptions, secure and improve the service, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use customer proposal content to train foundation models.
Service providers
We use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, database and file storage, payment processing, and product infrastructure. These providers process information only to deliver their services to ProposalIQ AI. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored by ProposalIQ AI.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers, when directed by an authorized workspace administrator, to comply with law, or to protect users, ProposalIQ AI, and the public. We may transfer information as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. Authorized users may request account and workspace deletion. Some limited records may remain in backups or where retention is legally required.
Security
We use access controls, authenticated storage, encrypted connections, tenant-scoped database policies, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, so users should protect their credentials and avoid uploading information they are not authorized to process.
Your choices and rights
You may access or update account information through the product and may request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. You may also object to or restrict certain processing where provided by law. Workspace administrators control organization-level content and membership.
Children
ProposalIQ AI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
